Hrishi has been in the Games Industry since 2002 and is currently the Founder & CEO of Photon Tadpole Studios, a game development and publishing company, which is developing and publishing original Indian content for India. Prior to this Hrishi has been the "Director of Games" at Disney India’s Interactive division and held various roles including "Studio Head", "Business Head: International Publishing" and “Director - Games & Studios" at one of India’s pioneering gaming companies, Indiagames. Hrishi helped build Indiagames from a 30 man company to over a 250 people strong studio working on iconic brands such as Spiderman, Jurassic Park, Bruce Lee, Godzilla and BioShock amongst others. Hrishi is also deeply involved and passionate about the growth of the Indian Gaming Industry working with Publishers, Indie Studios and bodies like NASSCOM and FICCI to push the Govt. of India to promote and grow the industry. He doesn't look like that profile pic any more but likes to keep it becasue it's from the night his daughter was born.
